This morning we visit Damy Tonnilliere – a barrel making facility – in Meursault. This tour is a true highlight and most are impressed by the mixture of old and new technology that is used
After the Tonnilliere we visit a Truffiere at Entre Deux Monts. Here we join the dogs on the morning truffle hunt and then back at the Chateau where we taste some local products prepared using truffles as the main focus.
Lunch is in the village Vosne Romanee at the Toute Petite Auberge
After lunch we return to Beaune. This is your last free time in Beaune so you may wish to catch up with that last minute shopping.
Since this is our last day together we assemble for a team meeting at La Terre D’Or.
Dinner is at Le Montrachet in the village of Puligny Montrachet. It only seems appropriate that we dine in the middle of the most famous white wine village in the world.
